From time to time I will be posting food reviews. I am a person that eats a clean diet however, yogurt for me has always had a weird texture and I don’t usually like them. Also, they are hidden with so much sugar; and I would rather put my calories to something else like wine :)
I was in WholeFoods and saw this woman stocking up on Wallaby Organic Greek yogurt..I was intrigued just based on the pretty packaging. The first test was the lemon which was surprising good however, the honey for me was even better.
As you know Greek Yogurt has so many beneficial health qualities, so I thought I would list some out:
- curbs hunger
- great source of calcium
- can boot your probiotics in your diet (probiotics aid in digestion and assists in keeping the healthy bacteria)
If your lactose intolerant I would check with your doc if this will work for you. For me it was so yummy and a high recommend!
